About the artist
Painter, figurative, abstract
I am a Kent based contemporary artist. I draw my creative inspiration particularly from our coastlines, harbours & beaches. I work mainly in oils. I am a strong believer that art should follow feelings, and draw my inspiration and creative process from the ever-changing elements of the sea and the countryside around me. The pleasure for me is seeing a client drawn to a painting because it resonates for them too. I hope that my work and delight in colour and experimentation reflects my enthusiasm and passion for my art, and that it passes the pleasure onwards. My frames are hand made in ash.
